It all started when…

Hey there! I’m Raschell, and I’ve been behind the chair since 2004. I absolutely love what I do—especially blonding and haircutting (razor cuts are my jam!). I’m super passionate about helping clients feel confident and cared for, and I’m just as excited about inspiring new stylists as I am about creating great hair.

I’ve had the honor of mentoring over 18 up-and-coming stylists, and it’s seriously one of the most rewarding parts of my career. I believe in keeping a clean, organized space, truly connecting with people, and making sure every client leaves feeling seen, educated, and set up with the right tools for healthy, gorgeous hair. Lately, I’ve been diving into scalp health too, and I’m working on weaving that into my services more and more.

A little about me outside the salon—I’m a mom of three (two boys and a girl), happily married since 2014, and we love to travel (whether it's international adventures or camping in our 5th wheel around California). I’ve got a dog, a cat, a garden I love, and a serious weakness for wine nights with my girlfriends, yoga, reading, and good food.
